CIAC eyes partnership with Aero Montreal | Business and Politics<br /><br />Clark International Airport Corp. president and CEO Arrey Perez says that aeronautics think tank Aero Montreal have shown interest in signing an agreement with CIAC to bring in Filipino labor force to Canada to work in the aviation sector.
